Exit Harlem Shake, Hadouken Is The New Meme
Exit Harlem Shake, street fighter Hadouken is the new meme. The rage from Japan will probably take over the internet by storm.
If you loved internet memes like: Planking, Tebowing, Gangnam and the Harlem Shake, this story is for you.
Hadoukening might be a new photo trend, while Harlem Shaking was done on video with the recognizable shaky sound track.
The Start of Hadouken – Some attribute the start of Hadouken to Uchiha Sasuke from Naruto
however for those of you who have followed the game "Street fighter" for long know Hadouken came from the Ryu and Ken brothers.
The Hadouken meme was ignited when Japanese schoolgirls started posting pictures of themselves throwing balls of lightning at each other. In street-fighter style.
What else can you expect from Japan, a country in which millions of screenagers are addicted to martial art and manga games, strips and movies.
There is a whole cult and many fans clubs around Uchiha Sasuke the Naruto hero from Anime (the TV series) and manga (the book).
In the series warrior Sasuke has several powers. His power Chidori, is throwing lightning balls.
And I guess the Hadouken meme is based on Sasuke’s lightning powers.

My Opinion?
Manga and Naruto are huge in Japan. Now the Hadouken meme will be the go-to-market; the start of the internationalization of manga and Naruto phenomenon from Japan?
Just like PSY introduced K-Pop to the whole world with his 1 billion Gangnam Style hit.
But Harlem Shake, did you make the meme or did brands do that?
But memes like this, they might be over in a flash of lightning.
Luckily you read ViralBlog so you are on top of the trends and memes.
